Patrick Marron, MAcOM, LAc, Dipl AHM, FABORM
Patrick Marron is a licensed practitioner of Acupuncture and Asian Medicine in North Carolina and nationally certified in Acupuncture and Asian Medicine by NCBAHM.
He graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore County and continued his education in massage therapy training from Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, D.C. After years of working as a massage therapist, his dedication to patient-centered health lead Patrick to AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas, where he received a Master’s of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM).
The combined knowledge Patrick has gained from various bodywork modalities, acupuncture, and Asian Medicine, allows him to support patients managing all types of pain, including: acute and chronic musculoskeletal injury, post-surgery, autoimmune flare ups, headaches, migraines, concussions, stroke recovery, and neuropathies.
Patrick also treats all aspects of menstrual health. Common areas he sees in practice are: irregular menses, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, pregnancy care, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. He is a fellow of the Acupuncture & TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), an international organization dedicated to best practices and evidence-informed care for fertility patients. Patrick has over 10 years of experience working with patients trying to conceive naturally as well as those going through IUIs or IVF cycles.
With an undergraduate degree in psychology and over 17 years working in the healing arts, Patrick offers a grounded and compassionate space for patients seeking help with mental and emotional wellbeing and stress.
